How care starts
Nothing is agreed until you are ready, and the first two steps cost nothing.
You get in touch
Call us or send the form. You reach our Birmingham office, not a call centre.
We talk it through
A proper conversation about what is happening. No cost, and no obligation.
We visit and assess
Usually within two working days. We come to the home and meet everyone involved.
You get a written plan
What we would do, when, and what it costs. Nothing starts until you agree it.
We match the carers
A small team, introduced to you before their first visit.
We keep checking
A review after the first week, then regularly, because needs change.

Frequently asked questions
Are you regulated by the CQC?
Yes. Premium Community Care is registered with and regulated by the Care Quality Commission for the regulated activity of personal care. Our most recent published rating is Good.
How do I arrange care?
Get in touch by phone or through our contact form. We will talk through your needs, arrange a care assessment, and agree a personalised care plan with you.
What kinds of care do you provide?
Personal care, dementia care, home help for older people, physical disability support, respite care for family carers, and companionship and social support. Each service page explains what that support usually includes. The care plan itself is agreed with you before anything starts.
Does the first visit cost anything?
No. The first conversation and the assessment visit at home both cost nothing, and there is no obligation at any point. If you decide to go ahead, we talk through the care plan and the costs with you before care begins.
Which areas do you cover?
We provide home care across Birmingham and the West Midlands. Contact us to check whether we currently cover your area.
Can someone arrange care on my behalf?
Yes. A family member or representative can contact us for you. Healthcare professionals and local authorities can send a referral through our referral form — we acknowledge it, check we cover the area, and then contact the person or their representative to arrange an assessment.
