About Us

At Premium Community Care, we believe every person has the right to dignity, individuality, independence and respect. “Your care, your choice” means listening to what matters to you and planning support around your routines, preferences and goals.

Who we support

We provide care and practical support to adults in their own homes. This includes people living with a physical disability, people recovering after an operation or hospital stay, and families who need a short break from caring. If you or a family member has a learning disability, please tell us about the support needed so we can assess whether our team is the right fit.

Care shaped around you

We begin with a conversation and a visit to understand your needs. A family member can join the assessment if you wish. We then agree a personal care plan with you, introduce the carers who will visit, and review the plan as your needs change. Our aim is to help you stay safe, maintain your independence and remain connected to your local community.

Our care team

Our carers are carefully recruited, vetted, trained and supported to provide respectful care. They follow your agreed plan while paying attention to your comfort, privacy and choices. If communication or language support would help, tell us when you get in touch and we will discuss what we can offer.
