Where a statutory department has commissioned us we can only carry out the duties they have requested of us.  In an emergency situation we would of course seek permission from them to carry out any other necessary tasks.

We believe our services are flexible enough to meet the many outcome needs different people have.

Before services can commence a Care Manager will need to visit you to undertake a full assessment. The assessment will mean you and any family member or advocate you want with you discussing the outcomes you want to achieve. Premium Community Care Limited Manager will guide you through the process and then in partnership, you will work out how this will be achieved. There is also a need to undertake a full risk assessment . This assessment will consider the safety and wellbeing of you and the staff member who will assisting you. We will need to consider the working environment, tasks to be undertaken and anything that may present a hazard. Where a risk is identified we may request that it is addressed before staff members enter the property to assist you. All assessments undertaken will provide a safe system which will need to be followed by staff members to keep service users and themselves safe.
